Buddhism and yoga both originated from the culture of ancient India. They are both systems of practice that aim to achieve liberation through cultivating wisdom, purifying the mind, and nurturing the body. In the book Yoga. Chapter 11 is a summary of the book. The author shares significant changes in her health, thoughts and emotions, and marriage after practicing yoga and meditation. She also provides some tips and positive ways of thinking to help readers embark on journey of spiritual discovery.
