In the eyes of most Hong Kong parents, "e-sports" is equivalent to "playing games", and is an excuse for children to be lazy and not study. This book is written by ER Esports in collaboration with resident sports psychologists from professional teams in Hong Kong and Europe. It combines the correct education philosophy for playing video games with rich psychological counseling experience, and uses "e-sports" as the theme to help parents re-understand the e-sports industry and let their children experience another side of learning. The contents of this book include:‧Introduction to the basic knowledge of e-sports games and industry, so that parents can better understand their children's preferences‧Understand the relationship between e-sports and positive physical and mental development from the perspectives of parents and children‧How to "walk with" children and balance their personality development‧Clarify the positioning of parents, become the children's in-home psychological counselor, and establish a good parent-child communication relationship‧Master the methods of preventing children from becoming addicted to playing games. It is hoped that this book can help parents understand their children's mentality when playing games, and be beneficial to their comprehensive development in dealing with their children's physical and mental problems, and further help them from the perspective of e-sports.
