Buddhism and yoga both originated from the culture of ancient India. Chapter 11 is a summary of the book. The author shares significant changes in her health, thoughts and emotions, and marriage after practicing yoga and meditation. She also provides some tips and positive ways of thinking to help readers embark on journey of spiritual discovery.
