This book is based on the "Selected Ci of Seven Song Dynasty Families" compiled by Ge Zai (1786-1856) in the Qing Dynasty. The book contains 480 selected works, all of which are "beautiful in meaning and excellent in rhyme". This book goes further and refers to many ancient and modern collections of Ci, selecting 160 Ci from Ge's book. In addition to the well-known works, there are many neglected gems, with the aim of introducing more Ci works to readers for appreciation. All the Ci works in the book are translated into vernacular Chinese, which is convenient for Ci lovers to understand and appreciate the exquisite works of Song Ci. When translating, the author adopts the method of "half interpretation and half translation" to facilitate readers to grasp the original meaning of the Ci. The book also provides readers with brief biographies, Ci style introductions and influence summaries of seven Ci masters: Zhou Bangyan, Shi Dazu, Jiang Kui, Wu Wenying, Zhou Mi, Wang Yisun and Zhang Yan, and proposes their ways of learning Ci within the scope of the seven families. It is a must-read translated book for Ci learners, with considerable reference value and worthy of careful reading.

Loving my child has taught me that each child has their own unique world. As parents, our role is not to impose our own beliefs onto our children, but to create a nurturing environment for them to discover their individual paths and lead their own lives. Coaching techniques enable parents to set aside their own perspectives and guide their children towards more rational and logical thinking. In addition to introducing the five fundamental coaching skills, this book shares eight life skills that are beneficial for children. Drawing from sixteen years of experience in children and parent-child education, including lectures, shared sessions, and training courses for numerous schools and educational institutions, the author hopes to convey the true essence of coaching, encouraging readers to apply these principles in their own lives and help others as well.
