These three monographs on "The Book of Songs" represent distinct social trends in their respective dynasties, offering varied perspectives on the development of "The Book of Songs" over time. Despite their significant impact, these works have not received adequate attention in the past or present. This book presents several papers that demonstrate how to write effectively in Chinese, providing examples that highlight its unique features. It is a valuable resource for language teaching researchers, instructors, and college students.

With Hong Kong's aging population, there is an urgent need for high-quality elderly care. While various training courses have emerged, most of them are based on foreign publications, making it difficult to find relevant books tailored to the unique nursing situation in Hong Kong. Foreign nursing books also lack practical nursing skills, making it challenging for local caregivers to learn. To address these training needs, this book focuses on teaching elderly care skills, providing 59 commonly used procedures specifically for Hong Kong's nursing context. The book uses simple, clear, and systematic checklists instead of lengthy paragraphs. Each checklist explains a regular nursing procedure, allowing readers to easily simulate learning and master the skills. There is also a self-assessment section to track progress during the learning period. Trainers can use the checklist to set training and assessment levels, ensuring consistent learning outcomes and quality training. This book is suitable for professional and home caregivers to enhance their elderly care skills, and can also serve as a practical teaching tool for trainers. This assessment manual is part of the ""True Care for the Elderly"" series, which includes self-study manuals for beginners and advanced learners, as well as an ""Elderly Care Skills Education Video Series"" demonstrating care skills.

The story is told from the perspective of a child named Lai Jun, and tells the story of his childhood in a squatter resettlement area. The author describes in detail Lai Jun's childhood, his classmates, his education, his parents and neighbors' parents, his friends, his grandfather's uncles and brothers, and the space and atmosphere in which he grew up, which constitute Lai Jun's simple coming-to-age story. The icons of collective memory in the book, such as cowboy, Old Master Q, white rabbit candy, Chrysanthemum brand tank tops, Red A brand plastic bucket, White Cat brand washing powder, Rinnai brand gas range, Garden brand boxed biscuits, treasure beads, Royal Cusson brand bath soap, the Japanese TV show Robocon, Code Mars anime, and even the interstitial dialogue of TV news reports: "Here’s sports update brought to you by Ng Fong-wing", are deeply resonant among readers who grew up in that era.
