The author Tsang Wai Keung's latest work, "The Wind is Rising, Live On!" records his journey alongside multiple myeloma. Confronted with the relentless torment of the disease, he ultimately chose to cease drug treatment. Faced with life's impermanence, he chose to embrace a more poetic outlook on life and death. The articles in this new work revolve around the relationship between humanity and nature, emphasizing a deep reverence for life. The author holds profound respect for nature and laments the continuous devastation inflicted upon it by human actions. Many articles intentionally or unintentionally reference past events, evoking a memoir-like essence within the book. The publication of this book aims to impart a sense of positivity and convey the message that literature can be deeply personal, yet remarkably grounded and worldly. Comprising five volumes with approximately 180,000 words, the book encompasses ninety-eight articles, twenty-nine of which have been previously published on various platforms in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
