Ah Mi, a mental health recovery social worker, shares inspiring stories of recovery on Facebook, garnering tens of thousands of likes. Despite her daily interactions with mental health patients, she admits to occasional challenges in understanding them and harbors conflicting feelings towards mental illness. To remind herself of her belief in the equality of all individuals, she wrote this book. Her goal is to promote better understanding of mental illness and emphasize the healing power of care and acceptance.
