Returning to One's Roots - Selected Archives of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals' Overseas Chinese Ancestral Burial (Two Volumes)

This book presents a collection of 300 letters from the "Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Archives" category of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Museum. These letters, which date back to the 1920s and 1930s, offer valuable insights into the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals' efforts in assisting Chinese individuals worldwide with their original burials. The letters have been digitally uploaded to the "Treasure. Share - Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Museum Archives" website for public access. This publication project aims to organize, translate, and catalog these Chinese letters for wider dissemination. The book is divided into six chapters based on the region of the deceased, and it includes a picture collection in volume one and Chinese explanations with English translations in volume two.
