Four Funerals and a Wedding

After being back in Hong Kong for two years, I've had more interactions with the public on the streets. Many people comment that I appear smaller in person than on screen. Perhaps, during my time as the director of the Security Bureau, I projected an image of a "strong woman," leading people to assume I was tall, resulting in a contrast with their expectations. Additionally, I've engaged in more media interactions and personal life interviews. One recurring question is, "What kind of person are you?" It's a profound question. Who am I? After nearly fifty-eight years of life, I would describe myself as a Chinese Hong Konger, born and raised in Hong Kong. I have fond memories of the colonial era, with British colleagues and friends, and significant experiences in the UK and the US.
