This book is a booklet about Macau currency written by Ding Hao, an associate professor of the School of Business at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Starting from the currency that can be seen everywhere in life, the booklet provides a glimpse into the context of Macau's economic and historical development. Although there are only tens of thousands of words, it introduces the history of Macau currency, the evolution of the exchange rate system, various representative forms of currency, and issues such as currency issuance, exchange, and regulation in a relatively comprehensive manner, with illustrations and text. The author tried to avoid using obscure professional terms in the manuscript, but included examples of Macau currency to explain the relevant economic common sense, which not only helps readers understand the history of Macau currency, but also increases their knowledge.
