To understand the creative process of a designer, start with their life journey. In Tommy Li's design career, there were 97 people, events, and things that influenced him -- childhood memories of "Starship Troopers" and "Children's Paradise"; falling in love with Japanese culture during his youthful years, reading Edogawa Rampo and Yukio Mishima; studying and working at the same time, but never forgetting to watch a movie every Sunday at 10:30 am; and keeping up with current affairs. During this time, of course, there were various design masters and classic magazines that had a subtle influence on him, paving the way for his masterful body of work.

The lyrics of Jimmy Lo have always been loved by literary enthusiasts and readers, but there has never been an official collection published. This year marks the 40th anniversary of Lo's debut in the lyrics-writing, and the editor takes this opportunity to compile a book, hoping to let readers appreciate Lo’s efforts and vision. The book is divided into three parts. In Part 1 "Critiques on Jimmy Lo's Lyrics", there are four essays. The first three are the editor's comments on Lo's lyrics at different stages; the fourth is the editor's notes on the different versions of several lyrics. These essays are expected to guide readers as they re-examine Lo’s lyrics. Part 2 "Jimmy Lo Talks about Lyrics" is divided into two parts: "Cultural Products and Lyrics" is a series of newspaper articles written by Lo himself in his early years; "Bits and Pieces Behind the Lyrics" is Lo's own words about the creative journeys of certain works, which were not included in his book "Behind the Lyrics - Revised Edition" published last year. Both are of great reference value. The last part "Jimmy Lo's Selected Lyrics of Two Hundred Songs" covers twice as many lyrics in the title "Behind the Lyrics - Revised Edition". The selected works not only focus on Lo's excellent works, but also manifest his writing styles in different periods and his attempts to write about various themes. The end of the book includes the song list of "Behind the Lyrics - Revised Edition" for readers' reference and comparison.

Serialized in City Magazine in the 1970s, "The Woman who wears Kenzo" was first published by the predecessor of SCMP Books. It has been out of print for a long time, but it is still talked about today because the mentality of the new women in the 1970s book still resonates with women today. One of the founders of City Magazine Peter Dunn assumed the identity of the fictional character Mary Chin, who knows how to enjoy life, has good taste, and has a bitchy personality. She teaches readers how to enjoy material life and shares with readers the emotional journey of herself and her friends on the road of work and love. There are inevitably comments on various urban men and women, and cold irony on social phenomena, with every word being a gem and laughter with tears.
