Good design can improve our lives. The Hong Kong Design Centre's "Design Spectrum" invited Hong Kong designers to showcase how good design can help the elderly live a better life in their later years through the "Post. Life" exhibition from the perspectives of clothing, food, housing, transportation, and entertainment. This book is a collection of the exhibition's findings, showing that the elderly are not just "recipients" of help, but most of them are still physically strong and actively living. Through interviews with organizations and institutions in different fields, the public can understand the many innovative possibilities of elderly life. They are no longer just recipients of services, but can benefit from innovative aging technology and become guides, even designers, leading the public to change their views and improve the lives of the elderly.
