Qian Mu Talks about Chinese Social and Economic History

Mr. Ye Long, a long-time student of Mr. Qian Bin Si, extensively studied Qian Mu's works on various aspects of Chinese history in the 1950s. These works included "Chinese Economic History," "Chinese General History," "Chinese Cultural History," "Chinese Literary History," and "Chinese Socio-Economic History." While we cannot directly experience the teaching style of Master Qian, we are fortunate that Mr. Ye Long diligently preserved and organized his class notes from that time. These notes provide us with a glimpse into Master Qian's dedicated teachings, allowing us to appreciate his profound knowledge of Chinese socio-economic history even after sixty years.
