Dare to Teach the Sun and the Moon to Change the New Sky: The Rugged Years of Hong Kong's Anti-Corruption Pioneers
Under the planning of the ICAC Retired Staff Association, this book interviews thirty-five retired and former ICAC staff, including Kwok Man-wai and Wong Sai-chiu, who were once heads of the operations department. Most of them are the first generation of ICAC staff who devoted themselves to this lifelong career since the establishment of the ICAC in the 1970s. Through their oral memories, they weave together experiences, thoughts, past work difficulties and complex feelings, some of which are public or unknown, into a narrative that witnesses the ICAC, anti-corruption, and modern Hong Kong.
