The book describes the invention and introduction of several technologies, the twists and turns and complex processes they went through in the history of Hong Kong, as well as the changes they brought to people's lives. In addition, the book also introduces the discussions and consultations between various government departments, the communication and regulation between officials and the public, and the struggles and confrontations between major commercial companies in the development process of various technologies.
